Deck Design
INTRODUCTION
To support the learning experience for SMB and Agency oriented customers, the L&D team delivers high-quality presentation, handouts and outlines.
PROBLEM
The company guidelines are very broad and hard t follow for team neads.
SOLUTION
To consistently look through the decks and represent our team brand, we decided to have our team guidelines. The first part has an instruction on how to use the deck and the second part has templatized slides that are easy to copy/paste and re-use in the future.
RESULT
All the decks have the same look and feel. The guidelines help to build faster content, onboard new teams, and work with vendors.
ROLE
Visual Designer, Content Developer
Template example.
Please note, this example represents only an IDEA of how the guideline looks like. Due to the legal responsibilities, I created a similar guidelines that we use internally. All the real text, titles, content is replaced with just an intro what the slide might represent.
Deck example
Here is a deck that I created using those guidelines. Please note that I swapped all the text due to legal responsibility; the deck has only a visual presentation of how it looks. It doesn’t have all the original slides, just an idea of what it looks like. This deck is presented externally, but the content is available only for the users going to a webinar.
